Steps to Reproduce the Problem:
1. AWPing mid in dust 2 at the beginning of the round
2. Teammate crosses path or jumps through the tunnel
3. Accidental Team Kill at spawn, which is a ban on first offense in the game

Expected or Desired Behavior: Instead of an automatic ban for accidental killing at spawn, allow the dead player to forgive the Team Killing player.

Definitely worth implementing. Got a week ban for a kill like that and we were playing as a clan as well.

I feel like this should not be limited to spawn kills only - it should be available for all team kills.

(Although it's not as big of a deal for non-spawn kills since it's not an insta-ban.)

Just got banned on the last round of Dust2 while being 15 - 9 up on the other team. Decided to dak dak mid and teammated jumped in front of me. Definitely supporting this.

A better solution is to change the way the game considers a teamkill "spawn".

A idea would be that if any teammate sees a opponent (eg the opponent is visible on their screen, even with 1 pixel), the game will expire the "spawn teamkill timer" prematurely for all players.

Thus any teamkill made after ANY teammate sees a enemy, will not Count as a "spawn teamkill", rather a normal teamkill.

Thus if somewhere would snipe on de_dust2, see a enemy, and then press their trigger finger at the same time as a teammate jumps in front, it will Count as a "normal teamkill" since the sniper has seen a enemy.

Please for the love of god do this, I had a game where we were winning 5-13 and we were kinda screwing around and my teammate shot me in the head at round start and we lost all because he got banned for it. He WAS carrying hard cuz half of us were having a bad day.
